As a local parent in North London, finding a playground that keeps the little ones entertained while also catering to older kids can be a challenge, but Clarendon Playground in Haringey ticks all the right boxes for me. While it may be on the smaller side, it’s a clean, welcoming free spot perfect for both toddlers and older children.
Despite being geared more toward older kids, my 1.5-year-old absolutely loved it. From exploring the equipment to enjoying the slides, there was plenty to keep them busy. The slide, in particular, is a big hit with both little ones and older kids. It’s fast, fun, and an absolute favourite with my two!

It’s small but mighty – the kind of place where children could easily spend over an hour and still not want to leave!
