Cambridge Heath Playground In London
We recently stumbled across a lovely little hidden gem while out and about in the Cambridge Heath area of London – the Cambridge Heath Playground. It’s a small but cosy spot surrounded by big trees, creating a lovely, peaceful atmosphere for the kids. Though we couldn’t stop for a play because it was pouring rain, we had a good look around, and it’s definitely one to revisit when the weather clears up!
This playground features a fun mix of equipment for different ages, including a slide, a merry-go-round, and four sets of swings—two for toddlers and two for bigger kids. There are also benches and a picnic table for a little break, plus a handy rubbish bin nearby, so no need to worry about tidying up after your snack!
Although it’s not a large playground, it’s perfect for a quick stop while out and about in the area. The surrounding trees make it feel calm and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We’ll definitely be heading back for a proper play session when the rain lets up, and I highly recommend this spot for a quick, free family activity in London.
